As a stress management coach, and more importantly, as someone who has experienced all the consequences of crushing pressure, I know how quickly stress can turn into overwhelming anxiety, burnout, or depression. Only a couple of years ago my life was out of control. I couldn’t say no to anything. I signed up for yet another course while volunteering, working, looking after my family, and trying to look after myself. I felt tired all the time.
